Harrison Fjord

With the psychedelic rock band Harrison Fjord, Yñiguez performs as lead guitarist, vocalist, and contributes to songwriting. After gaining wide attention opening for Bernie Sanders in 2016, the band has remained beloved for exploring avant garde nuances with pop-like flare. In February of 2024, Harrison Fjord released their newest single, ‘Bubinga,’ hailed by fans as ‘a song for my ears that they like,’ and ‘everything I’ve ever wanted’. 

Cowboy beethoven

Yñiguez produced and serves as the musical director for Cowboy Beethoven, a refreshingly nostalgic revue show bridging classical finesse with cowboy cool.  With his little big band, Yñiguez takes audiences on a journey through the ages, with references to torch songs to the timeless harmonies of The Pied Pipers and The Ink Spots. 

mario why | their hearts were full of spring ep

In 2025, Yñiguez will be releasing his debut EP, Their Hearts Were Full of Spring, under Mario Why. Transforming his musical theater and classical vocal expertise into what one can describe as, ‘lusciously-indie,’ or ‘baroque canyon pop.’ With alternative odes to chamber music and Americana, Mario Why’s debut will shine a new light on his artistic identity.
